Salon Policies

Thank you for choosing Your Beauty Pro!  If you have any questions about the policies, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to receive services. Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent—no exceptions.

Non-Refundable Services

All services are non-refundable, as you are paying for our time and products, which cannot be returned.

Guests/Children

You are allowed to bring 1 guest or small children to your appointment permitting being well behaved . 

Lateness

There is a 15 minute grace period bu please arrive to your appointment on time and take weather, traffic, etc. into account. Punctuality is crucial to ensure you are seen at your appointment time. Missed appointments due to lateness are subject to the same day cancellation policy.

Cancellations

There's a  required minimum of 24 hours before the appointment time communication for all cancellations to avoid penalty. Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% fee due at the time of cancellation & will be charged to the card used to book your appointment.

Aftercare & Allergies

Your Beauty Pro is not responsible for issues resulting from improper aftercare. While refunds are not issued in the event of an allergic reaction, I will remove your extensions free of charge.

Your Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important!!!  If you experience any issues or are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 48 hours after your appointment. I'll provide a complimentary touch-up, which must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
